Found this interesting little image at This is Freaking Ridiculous that a friend sent in. The guy makes a great point. I’ve seen bacon weaved before, but not so tight it will hold liquid. However, it appears it’s holding cheese.

Just stay away from any sugar or fruits (like the old Atkins diet) and you can eat all the bacon and cheese you want.

Back in 2007 (yes, I’m still catching up on bacon stuff), Carl Warner, a photographer, was commissioned by Negroni to create and shoot landscapes made up entirely by food.

I’ve been to photography studios and just lighting a plate of food takes half a day. I can’t IMAGINE what THIS image took. Plus, if you look at their sites, you’ll see the other shots that were taken for this advertising campaign as well.

The man is an imaginative food genius. He has designs and photos for:

  • Vegetable Landscapes
  • Garlic Kingdom
  • Bread Country
  • Berry Land
  • Potato Shores
  • and more

Negroni is an Italian food company based in Verona that was established in 1907 according to their site.

Okay. I know I’m just getting started on this Bacon Fanatic blog and some things you may have already seen. But doing a quick ’search’ on Google yielded the “Bacon Bra.”

Apparently posted (or at least picked up) on many blogs last spring. This feast was posted on bkusler’s Flickr account and has shown up on many many blogs. Creating my own space, I had to add it.

i don’t really know how the idea came up… at some point after too many tequilas and my friend talking about how to get more men interested in her, someone said, “wait, men love bacon and boobs, why not combine the two? that’s a million dollar idea right there!” ~bkusler
